【辦公室健康】飯後多走動降低脹氣機率,這 4 樣食物也要盡量少吃!

在座位上吃完午餐,隨即就趴在桌上小憩片刻。半個小時後,突然感到腸胃脹氣,伴隨著噁心、想吐的感覺,一個星期中 5 天有 3天都會有類似的症狀,令人十分困擾,甚至懷疑自己的腸胃是不是出了什麼問題。

臺北市立聯合醫院消化內科主任高銘海表示,胃痛、腹脹多半和消化不良有關,究其原因若撇開疾病的因素,與飲食和生活習慣便有甚大的關聯。

類食物盡量少碰

高銘海醫師指出,如果平常就很容易在飲食後出現消化不順所導致的脹氣、胃痛的話,因為難消化或容易產氣,有 4 類食品就要盡量少吃

高銘海醫師指出,如果平常就很容易在飲食後出現消化不順所導致的脹氣、胃痛的話,因為難消化或容易產氣,有 4 類食品就要盡量少吃:

1. 糯米類:如粽子、油飯、飯糰、年糕、湯圓、麻糬等。

2. 奶類:各類牛奶以及奶製品,如蛋糕、起司、乳酪等。

3. 豆類:如豆皮、豆腐、豆漿、豆干等。

誤濫服用止痛藥

針對急性的胃痛,市面上的成藥是有一定的效果,當真的很不舒服時,服用符合劑量內的常備藥,確實能緩解症況。

針對急性的胃痛,市面上的成藥是有一定的效果,當真的很不舒服時,服用符合劑量內的常備藥,確實能緩解症況。不過,高銘海醫師也提醒,臨床上有許多患者將成藥當做保健品,長時間「用錯藥」的狀況下,會對腸胃帶來不必要的傷害。

市售的的止痛藥有很多種,許多是針對頭痛、喉嚨痛、關節痛等為主要訴求,而胃痛的止痛藥成分和此類成藥不一樣,若長期吃很容易傷到腸胃,嚴重的話可能導致胃黏膜損害,引起胃出血,如果腸胃長期不適的問題,還是要早點檢查比較有保障。(延伸閱讀:治標不治本!服用止痛藥前,你得先知道這 5 件事)

飯後走動,養成良好運動習慣

若是長期受到壓力所苦而腸胃不適者,就要懂得適時遠離壓力,盡量在下班、假日的找時間放鬆,學會分析壓力的來源,調養規律的生理機制。

最重要的是,遵守所謂的運動 333 原則:「一星期運動三次、每次 30 分鐘、心跳達 130 下。」運動能提升人體免疫力、增加精神度和專注性,長時間維持,自然能降低那些一直困擾著你的小毛病!
