大家是不是跟編輯一樣,每天當下班時候快到時,眼睛就會越來越酸痛,感覺眼壓好像變高了?或者常常覺得雙眼乾澀,就算閉上眼睛休息也遲遲無法改善,日復一日循環,真的很害怕有一天眼睛會壞掉!
相信,這絕對是不少上班族心中的大困擾。而我們又應該如何從忙碌中讓雙眼得到緩解,守護重要的靈魂之窗呢?
是偏頭痛,還是眼壓高?

造成高眼壓的原因,和青光眼最具有關聯性,但臨床上仍有不少人相偏頭痛誤解為眼壓高,常見的情況有下列 5 種:
1. 青光眼:若有高眼壓情形首先必須先釐清是否已罹患青光眼。
2. 先天體質:天生眼壓就比較高,但眼睛沒有任何問題。
3. 某些特殊動作會出現暫時性眼壓高,例如練舉重、憋氣、瑜珈倒立動作。

5. 長期使用類固醇眼藥水:有些人體質易感若長期使用含類固醇的消炎藥水,有可能造成眼壓升高。建議要使用此類眼藥水前,最好經由醫師診斷處方用藥。

動一動,眼球小運動

蔡佳臻醫師提醒,操作電腦每 30-40 分鐘,應休息 5-10 分鐘。休息時可以利用簡單的眼球運動,活動周圍較少用到的小肌肉,也許能緩解用眼過度得疲勞:
1. 手臂伸直,在眼前「緩慢」畫大圓,脖子保持不轉動,眼球跟隨指尖移動。
2. 重複數次,切記勿快速轉動眼球,否則恐有視網膜剝離之虞,高度近視尤要特別小心。
眼睛是人類的靈魂之窗,開啟了我們的視野,將所有美好的風景烙印在眼中。因此,為了能持續欣賞這世界上的美,從現在開始就要好好地照顧眼睛,讓它在忙碌中能得到充分的休息才是。
