什麼是「經前症候群」?

蔡可欣醫師指出,若是容易感到壓力大,則是盡量少接觸那些會影響自己心情的事物,並適時讓緊繃的情緒適時放鬆;另外,養成良好的作息、早睡早起,以免使身體更加疲憊,進而使整體精神不佳。飲食方面,則以清淡少油少鹽為主,因生理期前黃體素的變化,比較容易長青春痘,若這時再吃油炸或燒烤類,恐怕會讓痘痘更嚴重。(延伸閱讀:經痛女性必看!營養師教妳平日喝「這個」緩解不適)
